Parmesan Souffles with Green Chili Sauce from Krista Bjorn at Rambling Tart


  • 2 massive eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 tablespoons recent parsley, chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Drizzle of inexperienced chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons butter, separated


  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  2. In small bowl, whisk collectively all elements besides butter.
  3. Put one tsp of butter within the backside of two ramekins.
  4. Divide batter evenly between ramekins.
  5. Place in oven and bake 20 minutes till souffles have overvalued and are golden brown on prime.
