  • four oz Chocolate Pu-erh tea
  • 2 oz Chocolate vodka
  • 1 ouncesheavy cream
  • Sugar, to taste


  1. STEEP Pu-erh tea bag at regular power with freshly boiled water for three minutes, then take away bag.
  2. ADD vodka and stir.
  3. WHIP cream with slightly sugar and float on high. Dust with powdered cocoa to garnish.
