YIELD: Serves 12-20

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Tea Forté Harvest Apple Spice pyramid infuser or 2 tbsp unfastened tea
• 2 cups sugar
• four cups apple cider
• 750 ml aged rum
• 2 cups contemporary lemon juice
• 1 cup Angostura bitters
• 375 ml membership soda
• 12-24 cinnamon sticks (one or two to garnish every serving)
• 2 entire apples thinly sliced

PREPARATION:

For Harvest Apple Spice Syrup: Steep pyramid infuser or unfastened tea in 6oz. of close to boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Discard infuser or unfastened tea and set tea liquid apart. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 6 teaspoons of tea liquid and take away from warmth. Add sugar and stir properly to dilute.
