Valerian is a herb traditionally used for 100s of years for a night of deep, restful sleep. Charming Oat flower helps to relax the body. Lavender supports more profound relaxation, and lime flower support settle the mind.
They open the paper packet, which does not do much to grip the rather powerful aroma. You are hit with the classic Chamomile aroma of honey, hay and pollen. Some complex notes are lingering beneath.
The aroma has changed too. It brews into a truly light lemon honey-yellow that is not fully clear. The liquid feels pretty thick.
There are hay, oats, and sweetness; besides, the chamomile and the combined floral aroma are powerful. Although it does not have the same effect on me as jasmine, it is highly soothing.
The taste is a mellow medley of flora and hay sweetness. It honestly just flavours like more complex chamomile. It lingers perfectly in your mouth with that thick mouthfeel and is soothing in your throat.
